1. Product
This is a retail bullion product. It is not a mutual fund, deposit, derivative or guaranteed-return plan.

2. Buy
- Choose a weight (minimum 100 mg, maximum as shown on the Buy page).
- Review product name, purity, weight, live buy rate and rate time, GST, other charges, and total payable.
- Accept the Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, then confirm payment on the authorised payment-gateway page.
- On success, gold is allocated after payment clearance and a GST invoice is issued. Pending or failed payments do not allocate gold.
3. Sell / buyback
- Minimum sell quantity is 1,000 mg unless a different minimum is shown at checkout.
- The sell rate may differ from the buy rate (spread).
- Buyback is not guaranteed. Each request is a separate quote.
- Payout is made only to a verified bank account in the customer name after admin/compliance checks.
4. Physical redemption
Eligible physical delivery is typically completed within 7 to 15 working days after KYC clearance, quantity confirmation, and payment of disclosed delivery charges. Timelines are estimates and may vary by destination and product availability.
Redemption is by courier or scheduled fulfilment of coins or bars. This website does not currently operate a walk-in partner-store network. Older “any partnered store” language is withdrawn until named stores are published.
5. Gold savings plan (if enrolled)
You buy allocated gold every month for 11 months at the live buy rate plus GST. You receive gold grams corresponding to each payment, which will vary as the gold rate varies.
If, and only if, all 11 instalments are paid on time, KYC remains complete, and the plan is not cancelled, the company may credit additional allocated gold in month 12 equal in rupee value to one monthly instalment at the then-prevailing buy rate. That credit is a promotional gold quantity funded by the company. It is not interest, not a 2.0x return on money, and not a guaranteed cash payout.
Eligibility, limits, missed-payment consequences and redemption as coins or bars are as shown on the enrolment screen and this policy. Unapproved public claims of “10% welcome bonus”, “average annual return” or “multiplier” are not part of this product.
6. Invoice
A GST tax invoice is issued after the purchase is accepted, identifying the customer, gold purity, quantity, rate, GST, and payable amount.
