1. Why KYC is required
SGNX GOLD BULLION PRIVATE LIMITED sells physical bullion. We verify identity, address and, where required, PAN and source of funds to meet Prevention of Money-Laundering Act, GST and payment-partner requirements. KYC does not guarantee that an order will be accepted.
2. What we may ask for
- Full legal name, mobile number, email and date of birth
- Officially valid document (for example Aadhaar or passport) and PAN where required by law
- Photograph / liveness check
- Address proof if the identity document does not show a current address
- For jeweller or business accounts: GSTIN, authorisation and beneficial-ownership details
3. When KYC is needed
- Account opening
- Basic identity is collected at registration.
- Purchase / allocation
- Completed KYC is required before gold is allocated or an invoice is treated as final.
- Delivery and buyback
- Completed KYC and a verified bank account are required.
4. Use and retention
KYC data is used only for onboarding, transactions, tax, AML, fraud control and support. It is shared with verification vendors and, where legally required, authorities. Records are kept for the statutory retention period.
