3. Why we use personal data
- Create and operate your account and complete KYC / AML checks required for bullion sale.
- Quote, accept, invoice and settle gold purchases, buybacks and deliveries.
- Issue GST invoices and meet tax, accounting and record-keeping law.
- Detect fraud, account compromise and prohibited use.
- Respond to support, refund and grievance requests.
- Send transactional notices. Promotional messages are sent only where permitted, and you may opt out of marketing.
4. Legal bases
We process data because it is needed to perform a purchase or account contract, because law requires it (GST, KYC, AML, consumer records), because you consented, or because we have a legitimate interest in securing the platform. Consent for optional marketing can be withdrawn by emailing Support@sgxmeta.ai.

You must keep passwords and OTPs confidential. Our staff will never ask for a complete password or OTP.
