1. What is shipped
SGNX GOLD BULLION PRIVATE LIMITED delivers physical 24K gold coins or bars against allocated gold held in the customer wallet. This website does not currently ship jewellery or silver.
Hallmarked gold coins or bars are supplied on physical delivery, subject to applicable BIS / hallmarking rules for the product form.
2. How to request delivery
- Complete KYC.
- Open Delivery in a logged-in account, choose coin or bar and an eligible weight.
- Confirm the delivery address and pay any disclosed making, logistics and GST charges before dispatch.
- Minimum weights are shown in the delivery form. Requests below the minimum are not accepted.
3. Charges and timeline
- Delivery charge
- Delivery charges are calculated and disclosed before a delivery request is confirmed. Delivery is not free by default.
- Storage until dispatch
- No separate storage charge at present.
- Typical timeline
- Eligible physical delivery is typically completed within 7 to 15 working days after KYC clearance, quantity confirmation, and payment of disclosed delivery charges. Timelines are estimates and may vary by destination and product availability.
- Working hours for queries
- Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery is not advertised as free. Any “free delivery” statement on older marketing material is withdrawn.
4. Risk and failed delivery
Risk and responsibility transfer at the point stated on the delivery confirmation, subject to mandatory consumer law.
If a shipment is returned because the address is incomplete or the recipient is unavailable, re-delivery may attract actual additional charges disclosed before the second dispatch. Allocated gold is not forfeited.
